Premium Sponsorship

The sponsorship can be in the form of outright contributions to the conference or cumulative to the respective amount or higher. The sponsors will be provided with different benefits depending on the amount of contributions. The highest bidder will have priority over the next on the list:

An exhibition booth of 3m x 3m in size will be assigned to the opting company Facilities to be provided to a standard booth shell:

  • Fascia plate with the name of the company.
  • Partition walls as per the above layout.
  • B2B table with folding chairs.
  • Spot light and plug point (5 amp).

Space will be assigned in accordance with the total sponsorship of the sponsors, after which the allotment will be on first come, first served basis. Exhibits can be that of pharmaceutical drugs, medical equipment, nutritional products, medical publications, etc., are subject to approval by the LOC. The LOC has the right to reject for exhibits to be displayed if the exhibits are found inappropriate.

Other Sponsorship Opportunities

CONFERENCE KITS (Exclusive Sponsorship) - ₹5,00,000/- (Plus Tax)
  • The type and design of the conference bags will be selected by the LOC.
  • Sponsor’s logo and company name will be printed on the bags (as per the final decision of the LOC).
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship in the Program Book & Website.
  • To allow the sponsors an opportunity to publicize their product to the delegates.
  • Congress may insert their A4 size leaflet into the conference bags.
  • The leaflets to be provided by the sponsors.
  • Contents and format of the A4 leaflet must be approved by the LOC.
  • The insert should be printed in English.
  • Exclusivebranding at the banquet venue along with IASO MIDCON 2026.
  • Acknowledgment on the Screen as a Banquet sponsor.
  • One ofthescientific halls, well equippedwith Audio-Visuals will be assigned to the sponsoring company for a duration of 10 minutes.
  • Sponsor will be responsible for the scientific content, speakers/ faculty and proceedings of the session. The session program to be provided to the organising committee for approvals.
  • Sponsoring company will have the opportunity to play their videos/ presentations in the scientific halls during the breaks.
  • Acknowledgment on the screen/ side Panel in the scientific halls as the AV sponsor.
  • Acknowledgement on the website & conference souvenir/ conference book (if any).
